Admission is open to students who have completed a master's degree from a nationally accredited higher education program. Competitive applicants typically have at least three years of experience in a leadership or management role. You must submit three letters of recommendation from your supervisor and key professional leaders. These letters should speak to your leadership skills, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, collaboration, and commitment to promoting a just society.
