2025 Le Moyne Heights Award Nomination Form

Welcome

The Le Moyne College Heights Award recognizes high school juniors who are “Reaching for the Heights” in the classroom and in service to their school and community. Please submit your nomination at least two weeks prior to your Award Ceremony. Two nominations are allowed per school. Please submit each student separately.

Criteria

• The nominated student must be a member of your school’s junior class. 
• The student will have achieved at least a 90 average in a regents, college preparatory, or honors curriculum and be ranked in the top 25% of the class.
• The student will have made significant contributions in leadership and service to your school community or the community at large.
