By signing below, I hereby promise to pay the current semesters billed amount to Le Moyne College by the dates set forth on the forthcoming billing statement, which can be accessed through phinfo.lemoyne.edu. I understand that if I do not pay this amount when due, Le Moyne College has the right to assess on my unpaid balance late fees of up to $100.00 and a finance charge of 1.0% a month (12% APR), and I promise to pay those charges upon assessment. In addition, Le Moyne College has the right to charge any subsequent collection fees and attorney’s fees Le Moyne College incurs in the collection of my unpaid balance. *
